Estos días en París, durante la celebración de la Drupalcon, nos hemos encontrado unos cuantos miembros de la comunidad drupalera hispana y nos hemos puesto de acuerdo enseguida de la conveniencia de la organización de una Drupalcamp en España.

¿Qué es una Drupalcamp?

Hay distintas acepciones para Drupalcamp, desde que es una Drupalcon más pequeña hasta que es una acampada para drupaleros. Ha habido en el mundo Drupalcamps de todo tipo, en tiendas de campaña y en salones de ferias, de ámbito local y de ámbito nacional, con una docena de asistentes o con tantos como alguna Drupalcon, con un calendario de sesiones cerrado y con un calendario totalmente improvisado. Así pues, no podemos dar una única explicación de lo que es una Drupalcamp. Pero eso poco importa.

Ich suche ein Tutor

Nach dem Treffen von zwei Tagen bei Barcelona - oder bei Eurem nächsten Treffen in Zürich am 7.Mai (6., 7. bzw. 8.5.2008) - möchte ich über CVS mein Drupal auf dem Localhost aktuell halten können und eine Multisite-Installation haben, wo mein aktueller Code mit eingebunden ist. Des weiteren möchte ich eine IDE bzw. die notwendigen Tools beherrschen, mit denen ich dann professionell Arbeiten kann (Variablen im Code finden, diffen, patchen, debuggen). Ich will auch wissen, wie ich meine produktive Site und Localhost aktualisiere und sicher betreibe und vor allem möchte ich die 10 Wege in den Drupal Himmel umsetzen können: http://drupal.org/node/77487

Ich verwende zu Zeit WindowsXP mit Xampp und TortoiseSVN, wenn notwendig können wir auch alles auf Ubuntu einrichten.

Ich bin der ideale Lückenfüller zwischen Euren großen Aufträgen

Wenn Interesse besteht kann derjenige dann auch bei weiteren Projekten - sehr flexible - definierte kleine Arbeitspakete übernehmen. Diese Projekte werden dann über http://www.codespaces.com abgewickelt.

Ich freue mich auf eine flexible und trotzdem lange Zusammenarbeit.

We have opened registration to the web site of our next Drupalcon in Barcelona. By registering at http://barcelona2007.drupalcon.org you will be able to post your session proposals and post in the site's forums. Conference registration is NOT yet open but it will be soon. Keep an eye on it!

There are a "LOT" of contrib modules out there. Even more so, there are a great deal of good modules that have been neglected. Lets be honest, a developers time is precious, and we all get spread thin and a bit scattered sometimes, and we leave our children (modules) to the way side for other things (like "bill-paying" modules/development so we can eat from time to time :) ).

I'm working on having this new DrupalCon in Barcelona, next September 2007. So here it is this new group which I hope it will help me out.

The dates I'm working on are the 20th, 21st and 22nd of September 2007 which will give us some time to look around, go to the beach.... Any firsts thoughts on this?
