Module Developer

Looking for a drupal guru who are well versed in module development in handling REST, XMLRPC calls to external api's. If you are familiar with facebook api, myspace api, or twitter api, it is a plus.

We are creating a portal site with the requirement of a secure document library. That is documents and links will be uploaded that one group of users should have access to them, while other groups will have access to their own documents.

Simply "hiding" the documents is not good enough, we need a method such that the files are out of webspace and / or totally unaccessable by unauthorized users.

Finally, there is the chance that we will need more custom modules developed, or perhaps all we need is a good Drupal Architect that can put existing modules together.
