I am the CEO of a new start-up called PosiPair.com and I need to get a basic social network style website on the web within the next 30 days.
What would you do in my situation if you had to make a professional social networking website in 30 days or you would die? (figuratively... :)

I just stumbled across this group and wanted to mention a site I work on, GreenRenter.com. GreenRenter aims to be the resource and directory for all green commercial and residential buildings available for rent. We have a very detailed submission form, highlighting all of a buildings green features, and then allow users to search and filter by these features in different locations.

We are beginning the development of a green building community site and we are wondering if there are any good general install profiles that cover many of the aspects of a good community site. We are eager to explore how by using a possible install profile or adapting an existing community site can expedite the launch of our site. We are open to work with other end-users in order to accommodate any development that may be needed.

We are seeking to create an integrated webinar system that incorporates a catalogue of possible topics, a calendar of sessions and various other resources that can automate the participation process. This system would integrate with a WebX type of program. Anyone out there that has some COD solutions, calendaring or other ways to execute this objective, please come forward:) Taking this to another level would be a virtual tradeshow….

Web Designer: Skilled with front end look and feel. You can create CSS for PHP or template formats used with Drupal application with dynamic and marketable design style. Send examples links.

Project/Content Coordinator; Skilled with coordinating content delivery from multiple sources, repurposing to ensure best practice and most impact, as well as interfacing with designers and programmers.

We are creating an extensive Green Building information portal. We are seeking developers with experience with newspapers, magazines, other media sites or extensive info portals that can expedite the process for bringing our site to its full potential. Ideally, you have the experience and the building blocks to allow us “not to recreate the wheel”.
