Having reviewed it now...
This book basically describes how to add and modify content on a drupal site -- for editors who have no technical background (no html, css, Drupal) and are working on a site created by someone else. It assumes no knowledge of html, css, or drupal -- but it only explains enough to create and modify posts.
I can't think of anyone to whom I would recommend this book. At least I only paid $9 for it.
