Super Drupal Ninja & PHP Developer for Major Project | Visual Structure

I am in need off a Senior Level Drupal Developer and a Project Manager. I have a major project in the works and need to fill the Lead Developer role ASAP.
This is a high profile client with numerous web entities that is looking to transfer all on to the Drupal Platform. This project has a good budget and will last 2-3 months so serious inquiries only please.

What I am looking for:

General
5+ years of work experience on development teams with strong workflow sensibilities
a strong command of PHP, JavaScript, Ajax, CSS, HTML, W3C DOM methods and properties, cross-browser development techniques, and browser degradation strategies
Solid competency with SQL/MySQL and XML and Database development
