Bonnier is looking for an experienced Drupal developer to help create innovative new Web sites for a suite of publishing clients.
This is a great opportunity to help forge the Drupal strategy for an international publishing company: Also home of PopSci.com (developed by PingVision), FieldandStream.com and the Danish site iForm.com (recently featured in a Drupal.org case study). We believe that developers should be part of the creative process from start to finish, and we're looking for an innovative thinker who will push forward our Drupal expertise and involvement in the community.
Our offices are located in Winter Park, FL.

Responsibilities:
• Work with current development team and editors to build and port up to 20 sites into a Drupal 6 platform.
• Keep abreast of news in the Drupal community and communicate with the Bonnier team when useful new modules and upgrades become available
• Work collaboratively and efficiently in an agile/scrum environment
• Have great problem-solving skills and an independent work ethic

Requirements/Qualifications:
• 2 - 3 yrs Experience developing websites in Drupal.
• Experience developing websites in Drupal 6.
• Experience working with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, AJAX and DHTML using jQuery, and HTML/CSS.
• In-depth knowledge of Drupal 5/6 modules, Drupal Module Development, and Drupal Themes.
• Technical team lead experience
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Theming experience highly desired
• Familiarity with versioning management systems such as SVN and source control / deployment methodology.
• Experience creating, implementing and maintaining ultra-high-traffic web site is strongly preferred.
• Active member of the Drupal community and a demonstrated history of  patch creation & submission for Drupal core or contributed modules.”
• Good communication skills are crucial: you will be working closely with editorial teams, so it's great if you can describe technical issues in layman's terms

Drupal (including Panels), AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, DHTML, XHTML, XML, MySQL, Linux, SVN/CVS, Apache, SOAP, PHP Web Services, Payment Gateways
