JOB DESCRIPTION
Entercom seeks a dynamic, amicable, self-motivated developer who has experience implementing high-performance Drupal websites. We are looking for a developer who isn't afraid to experiment with new technologies, share and promote his or her ideas within the team, and interact directly with the creative, editorial and business organizations within the company. We need an innovative, creative technologist who is also a good communicator. The developer should be comfortable working in a highly dynamic and collaborative environment.

Great communication skills a must as you will work directly many people in our company. The ability to work in teams is also essential. We are seeking someone with a great attitude and who will assume much responsibility for both our most challenging and our regular production projects.

Although this position is primarily for a web developer, Entercom works with many types of media. Any and all experience with video, audio, photos, or general marketing is a plus.

This position reports to the Director of Digital Development in Entercom Digital.

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of PHP Web development experience.
• 2+ years of Drupal website development and maintenance.
• Experience building custom Drupal modules
• Experience with other or custom built Web content management and Web publishing applications including WordPress.
• Strong knowledge of XML, RSS and web services.
• Strong experience using mySQL.

• Provide training and technical support to company staff
• Establish and maintain positive and effective relationships with others
• Sense of humor is a plus
