Drupal Pacifica would cover a vast region from Papua New Guinea in the east to Cook Islands in the west. Fiji in the south to Kiribati in the north.

Just a question. Is it possible? What avenues can we access to facilitate such an event? Ideas?

Our Telekom launches site on Drupal 6/Ubercart

As the driving force behind web development at Solomon Telekom Company Limited, it gives me a lot of opportunity to initiate open source projects. The first drive to move into the FOSS world was our initiative to deploy our company intranet using Drupal 5. The combination with CCK, Views and Webforms allowed us to replicate many of our business processes easily. Some newer processes were implemented to streamline some existing business processes and conform to current web practises. All in all, it has been a "small" revolution but significant in a way.

DrupalCon Paris 2009 T-Shirt Competition

Added my design of a t-shirt on the T-Shirt Competition: You can view all the designs here, http://paris2009.drupalcon.org/t-shirt-contest/conference-t-shirt. My submission is People - it has certainly got some loving.

This would have been a great event to attend but I hope one were closer to the region. They had CloseTheGap Scholarships available to least developing countries which is probably a good sign for the future.
